I love it here. I have been here a lot over the last decade or so. Most of the techs speak English so you can easily explain what you want. It is always very clean. The wait never seems to be too long. The outcome is always excellent.

I booked a appointment for my birthday Days ahead of time an It took 30 minutes for someone to even sit down with me an she was extremely rough an barley spoke English so if I had complained she wouldn't have understood she smacked my hands hard many times an held on to my fingers very hard and took her shoes off underneath the desk and put her feet right next to mine but those are not the worst things I went 1 day with them An the gloss washed off so it was just powder an they broke an they are even uglier an bubbleier now then before it wasn't worth $50 let alone $10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER COMES HERE

I went to go get a polish change and eyebrow wax…the woman lied and said that it would cost $25 to change the polish on my hands and another $25 for my feet. I am about 2 weeks out from getting my nails done, so they aren’t fresh, but it could be done to appease ME…the customer. The woman continued to tell me that it would be ugly and that I need a fill in. Fine. I then asked her how much would it be for a fill-in and she said $33 for my hands and more for my feet. So I just got my eyebrows waxed and went to the front to pay. When I got there and saw that the sign said $8 for a polish change, I asked her again. She became irate and made up many excuses that didn’t add up. She said that she thought I meant for gel and said it was $5 extra. I said ma’am, even if I wanted gel that only comes to $13 for a polish change on my hands…she then quoted $15 and spoke in another language to her peers. She was rude and lied to me. For what? To have gotten no money at all in the end. Poor customer service, poor business practices, and straight up lying. I’ve been going since I was in high school, but they will never get anymore money from me. So sad.
I went to get a fill and gel polish and the same day my polish was peeling ???? polish was watered down to me.
