My nail tech was kinda rude. I hadn’t eaten that morning cause I woke up late and I was running late. I accidentally missed the opening for the gel thingy to make my nails dry and the design got smudged and the nail tech wasn’t happy about which I completely understand but the thing the got me was she swore at me which I didn’t appreciate. I also wanted almond shaped nails but she told me I wouldn’t look normal if I got them so she did rounded. My nails are super cute tho
Worst service I have ever had. My pedicure was the sadest thing I’ve. I have my fair share of pedicures. The whole service lasted 15 minutes she didn’t do a good job no massage no warm towel no removal of anything. I complained to the owner and she said nothing said that’s the service. Then wanted me to still pay $60!!! The lady that did my service was literally yelling at me. So disrespectful.
I have been to this place a few time and loved it. But today I took me and my girls there to get our nails done and me and one of my girls left with crooked and very sharp edges on our nails and cuts all over our skin around our nails. We both got our nails done by the same lady. My other girls lady did amazing and took her time. She was in the chair the entire time while the other lady did me and my daughter and 1 other person in the same time. Felt like she didn’t care to do a good job and hurt us along the way. The skin around our nails is super sore and cut up. Disappointed
I hate doing bad reviews but if I can save you $35 then I’ll at least feel a little better for the wasted time and money that I lost going here. The owner isn’t kind and rushed so fast on my nails I bled. To top it off, my nail broke 4 days later.
Every time I come here, I enjoy it! I love the massage and the hot Wax that makes my skin feel so smooth! The gel pedicure is my favorite!
Bad Bad Bad. I received a pedicure and the guy was hurting me and seemed like he was cutting ALOT off the inside of my big toes.
I didn’t think too much about it and figured he knew what he was doing. However, for hours afterwards both my big toes were throbbing and red. It’s been a few days and my right toe is dark red, swollen and extremely tender. It’s absolutely miserable. Never again.
Update: it’s been a few weeks since I’ve been in and my toe is worse. I’m having to see a podiatrist.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Took less than a half hour, maybe a 2-5 min massage, the lady who did my pedicure was very rude, disrespectful, and ROUGH. Pulling, yanking my legs and feet and seemed super annoyed the whole time.
i’ve given this place 3 chances. EVERY TIME i’ve gone i’ve had a bad experience. THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE. every time i’ve left with my hands hurting for days, rude workers and nails nothing like what i’ve wanted (and i always asked for solid colors so kinda hard to screw up) these are the nails i got done LAST WEEK and after putting minimal pressure and not putting them through a lot at all this is what i ended up with right before christmas. don’t waste your time here i promise.
