I’ve been going here for quite a while now. The first time I went it was great. But the more often I go the more I am not impressed. My appointments are constantly being missed scheduled. The Pedicure‘s that I am receiving become lower and lower quality because The pedicurist is rushed because of the missed scheduling. I also find that they are very limited in what they are willing to do with normal polish. They always want me to get gel, but I don’t like gel on my feet. Even things that I have had done at other places they claim they cannot do with regular polish, only gel.
The first time I went I was glad that they were bagging the tub where your feet go into the water for the pedicure but it seems to me that nothing else is really that clean. Even though the workers are nice it’s not worth the money I am paying for a not so great job done. As you can see in the photo it is very sloppy, very few clean lines, and they are very bumpy.
Two nails popped off within five days. They didn't lift, they just came off. It doesn't happen to me often, but it has happened.. So I went back in today to get them replaced. They charged me $10. I paid it and didn't make a fuss, but I won't be back. The nails don't get as close to the bed as they usually do, they're bumpy- and if they only last 5 days before I have to plunk down 1/4 of a full set to get two fixed, I won't be back.
I got the worst pedicure I've ever received. My polish ran off my toenails on to the skin of my toes. My toenails are not filed even, a big divot. Terrible...never going back. Second time, I've gotten horrible service.
I feel bad leaving this review Because I liked the guy but honestly I want people to know what they're paying for. My nails suck, this place takes the cake for the worst set of acrylic that I've ever had done. I have all different Lengths and thickness and some of the edges were even covered all the way. These pictures male them look better than they are because you can't see how bumpy they are
I went in a week ago and got my nails done for a trip I was going on paid extra for some really cool nail polish. It's already chipping I went in to see if they could fix them she said it was normal and would not fix them. I will never go back.
Bebe and Tina are wonderful! They care about their clients and give each person individual attention. They're fun and upbeat! I highly recommend Star Nails and will only go there!!!
Super fast service. We were walkins and everyone working already had someone at there station. We waited 5mins and they were ready for us. My nails look beautiful. They can do anything you want on your nails. Nail art, different tips or anything you ask then too.
Gave 1 star only because the ad said appointment only so I called during business hours to set up an appointment and let it ring and no one ever answered...they may be the best but one will never know if they dont answer the phone.
