I came back to give them a send chance since my previous pedicure was very expensive and not worth it, this time I needed my dip removed and this was the result! Not going back
Lana offers excellent, friendly nail service.
I have been going to this salon for years, and the difference is in the tech; reasonable prices. Inability to tip on your card is very frustrating...
Update: Jenny is also and amazing nail technician…this is a wonderful option!
The word ‘Spa’ should be removed immediately - they are a nail salon - any place that owners and their employees scream across the room to another is not a spa or professional. Linda and Gigi are excellent nail technicians they truly care about your nail health are friendly and professional the others seem to regress to some open market where the loudest individual sells their wares. The music is loud obnoxious and does not reflect their clientele.
Alex was great! Super gentle with my nails and I have been to so many who were much more careless. He also was very professional and didn’t complain or roll his eyes when I told him I wanted a different color on each nail. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going there from now on.
I always make an appointment, and they ALWAYS make me wait. Today, after 20 minutes, I finally got into a chair, and then my pedicurist flooded the floor, so I got to watch him clean that up for 10 minutes while I sat in a chair with my wet feet on the seat and my knees up to my chin so he could switch out the sink bag, etc.
This is not a place to relax. It's loud, crowded, and they rush through your services. It's like getting a
mani/pedi on an assembly line. They always try to upsell you... like I'll going to pay twice as much for substandard work?
This was the last time I'm ever going to this place. It's just not worth the hassle and expensive cost.
Ann did a good job with the pedicure but the other girl was terrible. Left with nail polish flaking off my nails. $43 for dip nails but doesn’t include cuticles or cleaning?! $10 extra if you want clean nails before getting them painted. Won’t be back.
Linda, is exceptional. My husband and I got pedicures. She does wonderful work
